Reiki

Reiki is a simple and natural form of ancient hands-on healing. It is based on the principal of life force energy which flows from the healer to the client helping to restore balance and promote well being. It feels wonderfully relaxing and gentle. Sensations vary from buzzing, heat, to an intense feeling of calm.

Reiki improves blood flow and when used on the uterus it boosts fertility and encourages self-healing. It can be diagnostic too, as the healer will often get an intuition about the client in certain areas and then be able to discuss these in order to obtain resolution, as well as of course sending powerful reiki energy to the site.

One of my most popular treatments is a chakra balancing. Reiki is given to each of the seven points, resulting in full alignment and balance, leaving the client feeling calm and content in all respects. This is a welcome relief to many of my clients who are experiencing the stress of infertility. Of course reiki can benefit everyone and bring comfort to all.

Chakras:

Base: Physiological base, foundation. Health, survival instincts and sense of grounding.
Sacral: Lower pelvis, abdomen and reproductive areas. It is linked with our ability to accept change, and our sexuality and desires.
Solar plexus: Area of stomach and liver, where all tension, fear and upset is stored. Work on this area will allow these to be let go and replaced with more positive energy.
Heart: Our centre of peace and love, the body’s centre.
Throat: Representing communication, expression and vibration
Third eye: Our ability to see both physically and intuitively, when balanced it allows us to see clearly and on all levels
Crown: Knowledge, wisdom and a sense of connecting to higher awareness levels
