Any such changes will take effect when posted on to the Website and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use this Website and your continued use of the Website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest Terms.
Catching Rainbows may from time to time make available services on the shopping pages of this Website which require registration. Information that you provide on the shopping pages of this Website must be complete and accurate. You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorised to use.
Subsequent access to such services shall require input of appropriate account and password details (“Login Details”). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Login Details and any activities that occur under your account. Catching Rainbows shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise as a result of any failure by you to protect your Login Details. Catching Rainbows may deactivate your account at any time which will mean that your Login Details will no longer provide access to your account. We aim to update our site regularly, and may change the content at any time. If the need arises, we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our site, or to close the site indefinitely without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period, and if any of the material on our site is out of date, we are under no obligation to update such material.

Catching Rainbows has taken every effort to ensure it accurately represents its products, services and promotions. However, the material displayed on our site is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy. In order to ensure that Catching Rainbows are able to hold a session booking for you, we regret that a cancellation fee may be incurred if the session is cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, if a session is cancelled between 24 – 48 hours before the appointment, this will be subject to a 15% administration fee.
Any Skype or 1:1 booking cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment will be subject to 100% cancellation fee, unless there are exceptional circumstances.
Confirmation of acceptance of your Order will be sent by email once payment for the order has been received. All Orders whether placed on the Website or by another method, will be subject to our acceptance in accordance with the Terms. Should the order not be fulfilled in whole or in part, we will refund the overpaid amount to you as soon as reasonably possible.
Any offers for Goods at discounted prices, including those detailed on the Website, may be made available from time to time for you to Order (subject to our acceptance) for a limited period of time as stated in that offer.
All prices are displayed on the Website in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate charged in the UK.
Method of Payment
We accept VISA, Master Card, Switch or Maestro payment through a secure Paypal account. We may delay despatch until receipt of authorisation for payment has been provided.
We are unable to accept payment by cheque for orders placed on this Website.
Your Goods will be available for you to download within 24 hours of purchasing. If you experience any technical difficulties with downloading your Goods, please consult the Technical trouble-shooting section of The Website. If the problem continues, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will ensure that you receive a response from our support team within 3 working days.
Catching Rainbows will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your Order and payment secure, but, unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.
If either you or we are in breach of the arrangements under these Terms, neither of us will be responsible for any losses that the other suffers as a result, except those losses which are a foreseeable consequence of the breach. Losses are foreseeable where they could be contemplated by both you and us at the time you place an Order.
There are no refunds for Catching Rainbows services, products or memberships, except under exceptional circumstances.
Membership of any group or service provided by The Website is for a period of 12 months, unless otherwise specified. Membership is a recurring annual subscription. You can cancel it at any time, and still access the product / group for the year you have already paid for. In addition, by signing up to any group on The Website, you are obligated to abide by our community rules.
In order for Catching Rainbows to create membership services, it is not possible to permit shared membership arrangements.
There are no refunds for Haven membership.
Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise specified the copyright in the contents of all the pages in this Website are owned by or licensed to Catching Rainbows. Unless otherwise specified, the authors of the literary and artistic works in the pages in this Website have asserted their moral right pursuant to Section 77 of the Copyright Designs and Patents Act 1988 to be identified as the author of those works.
Except as stated in this condition, the contents of this Website may not be modified, copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted, re-posted or transmitted in any form or by any means without the prior express written permission of Catching Rainbows. Minimal essential case notes will be kept to assist support services. The information you share will be kept confidential and will not be shared with GPs or other individuals unless this is explicitly agreed with you in advance.

Catching rainbows staff have a professional obligation to breech confidentiality and inform the appropriate authorities if any information causes concern about an individual’s safety or about illegal activities.
Catching Rainbows staff work under supervision. This means that issues relating to sessions may be shared with each other, or with a clinical supervisor. Please be assured, that as the clinical supervisor is also bound by professional codes of conduct, your information will remain confidential.

At Catching Rainbows, we take very seriously the importance of storing securely any information that you provide us. Our site currently uses Paypal to process payment on all orders and services to ensure the security of your payment and personal details.
