Fertility is probably the most emotive aspect of our health. It can paralyse us with fear yet compel us to keep going.
What I want to do is help you figure out what you need.
I am in a unique professional position to be able to really look under every stone from every perspective. Physically assessing what clues your cycle is giving us, and also look at your overall health. All advice and guidance is evidence based, and the lovely thing is that we can mix and match between the clinical and more complementary aspects to give you the best possible care.
If you are preparing for IVF, I use a three step process. Build the foundations to get you physically prepared, provide tailored care for your emotional needs and lastly add in all the IVF specific tips.
I also find that for some women there is truly a spiritual or soul aspect to their infertility. The fight to build the bridge to their children forces a gruelling yet ultimately enlightening personal journey. The process to become this kind of parent seems to entail some serious self growth, and infertility seems to be there not to prevent us from conceiving, but to prompt us to do the self work to open all the doors, both for us and for them.
The kind of work I particularly do includes:
- IVF preparation and optimisation
- Exploring recurrent unsuccessful IVF
- Unexplained Infertility (there is always a reason!)
- Secondary Infertility
- Fertility related conditions such as PCOS, Endometriosis and Fibroids
